01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the tw88 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided by tw88 ("Platform"). TW88 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

03 User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at tw88. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in:

• Closure of all associated accounts without prior warning.
• Forfeiture of all balances and wins held in those accounts.
• Permanent ban from re-registering on the TW88 platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact TW88 support immediately.

The registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of terms and may result in immediate account termination.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Tw88 supports a wide range of secure deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian users, including local bank transfers, e-wallets, and recognized digital payment options. All financial transactions are processed with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is as specified on the Deposit and may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• Tw88 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal:
